Default warriors and trails???

does warriors have problems keeping up on aggressive trail ridding with the 400s and bigger quads. Im talking trails with occasional fire roads and alot of woods rideing and in winter rides. thanx

Well of course you probably won't be able to keep up with 400EX's and Raptors, but Warriors are pretty small and fairly quick. I would say a Warrior would be a good trail bike, and you should hang with them pretty good.

my friend has a highly moded 400ex and i can keep up with him just fine on rough trails, also the front end is heavier so i can go up steep hills easier

kk, i think that on trials, torque is key to keeping up to tohers on the 400+ quads. and so a warrior may lac here, but if you are a good rider then you should be able to get round the trial and keep up as long as the others arent really good lol. but i think you will keep up, just not if they try lose you.

A warrior will have no problem keeping up on trails with any high performance machine. When i had my rap350 i never got left behind of my brother on his 660.Just think in trails your only gonna be in 2nd,3rd,and every now and then 4th gear,so you'll keep up with anything. As long as your not a sissy slow rider.j/k.

Default warriors and trails???

I have a couple warriors in my stables and they are just fine on trails. They can go just as fast as anything else. Trails are all about how big of Ballz you have in your trousers as to how fast you can go. how fast you gonna slip your 48" unit thru a 48" slot. the warrior bein a lil narrower helps. whatare they like 44" stock or sompin?

The place where the warrior will have trouble keeping up is wide open areas. It doesn't have the top end power of the 400+'s, but in the trails it's about 85% rider skill and experience, 15% how fast the quad is and how it corners etc.
