Anybody ever try the dial a jet system on their bike? How did it work?

Default Dial-A-Jet?

I use the dial a jet on my 440ex.. Mine is tuned and setup for about 3500 up to aprox. 11000'. It is as simple as a small screwdriver and twisting the adjuster, 5 different settings. It took me a couple of trips to find the correct main for the range I wanted.

I like it very well.

I am using a 39mm fcr with my 440 kit..

I put one on the wolverine about a month ago. I ride from about 2000-9000ft and temps. between -30and 90F. So far I have used it in the aformentioned elevation range and it works as advertised.

He was able to ride from 4500 to 12000 ft with jus a couple of clicks. It beats jetting a 660r

Take your time and think about your install before you make any cuts or holes... The system works very well.. You will be pleased once you get it all dialed in...

Thanks for the replies. Sounds like a quality part... What are and how hard are the procedures to install?

You will actually get detailed instructions and they are very easy to follow.. You will need to drill a small hole in your air boot with the tool provided. Just make sure of the possition for the actual dial box and any other obstructions where you will band it on..

It is not that hard..
