LRDracing-Here is the point you are missing. If you don't have the money to lose and don't have the means to do it legally, don't do it. There are plenty of things in life that we all want to do but cannot afford to. You simply cannot justify illegal behavior with a want or desire. Owning an ATV is a right that you have. Where you ride is not a right, it is a privaledge. Anyway, I don't want you to think we are all ripping you a new one. Most of us that are telling you to ride legally are probably doing so because we did what you are doing. We either grew up a little or found out the hard way. So, listen to the guys who have more posts than you do. There is a very good chance they know what they are talking about.

I understand the frustrations about not being able to ride at your house. I live in the desert and cannot ride here legally. Hell, I cant even drive my nitro RC cars much at my house without some neighbor calling the police. Those are the rules. I have to drive 2 to 5 hours to ride my quad(dumont and glamis) but that is the sacrifice I make. You may not be able to ride whenever you feel like it. You may have to plan trips to go riding. Running from the police while always eventually lead to 2 things. 1. you will crash and they will catch you or 2. they will just catch you. You play with fire you gonna get burned eventually.

 

NO...we follow the rules.......and dont play around like a 12 year old behind his parents back......GROW UP!

 

sorry about my last post,but seriously,everyone says about how people give the sport a bad name,but around here,cops really dont care. they just go to riding spots where people have permission to ride,and they give kids fines and tell them they rode on the road when they didnt at all. another kid ran and 3 months later they went to his house and took his quad out of his shed. and another time a guy came out of know where and started dropping the f bomb on us,and hit my friend. that kinda drew the line because 1. we wernt on his property. and 2,the one part we didnt go on that was his,we had permission to ride on from his dad who lives with him. so know i basicly have no respect for the cops and b!tchy people around here.

You guys can be sorry all you want. I dont give a crap if you get your quad taken away by not following laws, but dont come on here and say how it is sooo great to run and everyone should do it.

If you break the law, you must be subject to the consequences, no matter what! Do the crime: pay the fine, or do the time!

 

If i was been chased by the cops it wouldnt matter if it was five dollar fine if i had the chance to get away easily why wouldnt u take it
