ok so i go riding yesterday on the train tracks and i was probley riding around for a good hour or soo.... no houses around no people bearly any cars on the roads and i see a cop and he decides to pull onto the tracks being that the tracks have deep woops and a really loose surface he had to go on the side of the tracks so i turned around and ran and i knew that he wasnt going to catch me but it was alot better then getting my bike inpounded and getting a 1500 fine of money that i dont have so i get back to a safe spot to where i can chill out for an hour and lay low. The cop that was chasing me was a city cop... and when i figure im good to go i pull out and i get on to the trail to take me back out on the road i see the sheriff(im on the border of a city and township which makes it even better) and he says how have you been and i carry on a convo and leave and he tells me dont be haulin a$$ down these roads ya here and i said allright and i got up this morning to see that in the newspaper the city of massillon as invested money into a new overhead air unit because to many 4wheelers wont stop and will accellerate and just plain out leave the crown vic's in the dust.. and heres what they state as first time offenders for getting caught..
1st offence- impounded bike and auction off and 1500$ fine
2en offence- they take your bike and you serve jail time and a fine of 3000$
3rd offence- up to a year in prision and $5000.00 fine

now thats some BS right there and the worst thing about it is that the air units can radio where you are at so its very hard to get away

I agree with everyone else. You should cut back on your riding and start learning a little grammar instead.

 

trust me you would ride on the tracks if you had no where to ride allready because the city dont want any motorized vehical on public property there is no where to ride where i live so you have to take chances and its not punks like me that are taking away riding land its the people that dont like noise and theres so many house so dont say what you dont know you probley dont live in a city like me where theres no where to ride no hills no nothing besides one place

 

i read all of you guys post and why do you bring grammer into it like really does it matter that bad ????????? theres not point to cracking on someones grammer so what if they made a typo on a computer you guys need to get off of the ground and stand up and take a look around

 

I agree 100% as well. These punks are a black eye on atvers everywhere.

 

none of you relize what kind of riding area i have.... slim to none

 

I understand, but breaking the law isnt helping at all.
