Yeah the local dealership put it together. The head has not been ported, but I have a spare head that I am sending out to have ported, and have 1mm oversized valves put in. The dealership asked if I wanted it ported, but I wanted the head work done by a reputable machinist, and I kinda wanted to be able to ride my bike so I just had a stock head installed for now. I think I am going to send my spare head to craycraft, or trinity. I just wanna ride for now and I will deal with the rest this winter. Im thinking about sending my old jug to LA sleeve and have them sleeve it out to 105mm, and put it on my new motor that I am going to build this winter. Then I may just put the 686 in my grizzly.

Trinity would be one of the last places I would send a head to. Craycraft would be one of the first.
Craycraft and Megacycle both have more aggressive cams.

Will my pilot jets be big enough, and right now the needles are on the 3 groove from the top, any help with the jetting would really help me out alot. With the new piston and cam will my quad be hard to control. Can anybody recommed a good swing arm that also looks good and won't be too hard on the wallet. I am wanting to go with a plus 4 or a plus 6 because of future plans that I have. Thanks for the help.

If you P.M. me I can give a good name for a swingarm at a very reasonable price....As far as jetting goes...I have a 686 with a low compression(10.75 to 1 ) piston...I run 87 octane and my jetting is 195/200 on the 4th clip and 3 turns out on the screws.Between Trinity and Craycraft...I would definatly use Craycraft...Just my opinion.(Plus thats who did mine)...
