I was just wondering if there were any problems that I could expect with it? So far it's a great machine and I love it to death!

 

You shouldn't other than rear brake pads wearing out quickly. I have a 2000 and that's the only problem I have experienced and they haven't changed anything with the 2001

 

Interesting to see there hasn't been too many problems noted on your post. For one the black hood doesn;t stay snap into place near the speedo/switch plate cover. I notice this in the dealer showrooms and I sent email to the mfg about it and of course the brake pads, the weak upper bar of the rear rack bending backwards if you have mounted a Kempek after market gas can rack with a 2 gal can full of gas.
There were posts earlier this summer about the y2k. Look thru the archives. But after all I really like this machine. I intend to put on Bear Claws this winter, Xmas coming and all
