Car vs Dirtbike
Keelam,
The KTM MIGHT get the holeshot........ if he can keep the front end down. The KTM will require a slow easy launch to keep the front end down. In this time, the Supra will probably pull away for a few seconds. Then, the KTM might pass the Supra TT in gears 2-3-4. (in the KTM's tranny)
After a few seconds though, the Supra TT will quickly pull ahead and leave any dirtbike in its dust. (after the bike pulls into its higher gears and/or tops out)
EXAMPLE: When I had my Yamaha R1, idiots on 600's would wanna race. (often. why? I dunno) BUT... they WOULD hang with me until about 70mph, pretty much side by side with me. This was the case because the 600's dont have wheelie problems. Not enough power/torque. They can just twist the throttle to the stop through first gear, and accelerate like a bat out of hell. I, on the R1, had to modulate my throttle to keep the front end down.
Once the 600's would wind out first gear (60-70) and have to shift, I would pull ahead slightly because I was still in first gear. The R1 had until 98mph before my first shift was required. Once I hit second, the front end was down, I would go full throttle, and I would be GONE.... really really fast.
Anyways, back to the KTM vs. Supra TT. If there are any mods on that 2JZ-GTE.. (real mods) the KTM will never catch it. (after walking it out of the hole to avoid wheelie)
