are you using a hotcam? What happened to me they drilled the cam to deep for the compression release. The pin sticks out far while rotating and breaks off or is ground down leave the compression release not working. Call me we need to talk if your using a hotcam. john (734) 678-7418

well do you have an aftermarket cam?
Have you replaced the one-way?

yes, I had hotcam. No, there was no problem with the oneway. I built up araptor engjne for a friend and the pin broke off took out the oil pump and burn up the engine. Hotcam is aware of the problem. They changed the cam design. My engine wotn down the pin and the compression release worked less and less until the battery terminal melt while tring to crank it one time...
