Default warrior problem - need help

I just bought a used warrior 350 1999 theres a few problemsw ith it though.

1st) it starts on the first push of the button, but at the end of each gear, 1-5, well, it doesnt really reach the end of any gear, its like it cant go past 3 rpm, once in a while it will catch and all a sudden pull hard like it normalyl should, but it fluctuates terribly, right now, theres no way i can accelerate.

2nd) the clutch on my left bar is VERY HARD to squeeze

3rd) the shifter at my foot is very loose, and when shifting gears i have to pull it up with my foot and then shift, it wont spring back to engage for the next shift.

please help me, i can be emailed at richard28@comcast.net with any advice as well. I think one of the problems may be the entire clutch, but im not very sure, im a noob.

its a yamaha. they need lots of maintanence. they arent bad machines; they aer just built to go like hell. if you dont work on them regularly they fall apart. this may seem stupid but check the airfilter for the ******* out problem. if it is dirty it will kill topend.
