Recall

i just got a call the other day saying that there is a recall on the 05' Kodiak 450 tierod ends. just thought i would let you guys with the 450's know incase you haven't got a call yet.

I also have an 05 450. Who called you to let you know about the recall? I don't have much faith in my dealer notifying me about any recalls.

It will not be the dealer who lets you know, it will come from Yamaha. They got your name and address when you bought it.

actually it was the local dealer who called me about the recall, asked if i wanted to do it and they ordered the parts for me. will get a call when they come in.
