So i finally got my new CDI box in and plugged everything up except for the wires under the front sprocket. Well I tried to start it and the started spun about 15 revolutions, im guessing, and then it blew out 3 seperate fuses. I got that replaced and now all it does is make a loud click from the solenoid that holds the fuse and the starter wont turn. I checked the battery and charged it just to be sure and the clicking got louder lol. What could be keeping it from starting??

could be the bearing next to the starter clutch (sry, dont know the name of it), thats wat happened to my friends raptor atleast, he still hasnt got it fixed either[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

 

Shouldnt the starter at least spin if the bearing was out or would it completly lock it up and cause that clicking sound i hear?

 

Make sure the ground wire from the battery to the motor has a good connection.
