Raptor 660 Clutch

OK I may be of help. While looking at the clutch pack, make sure and turn the engagement arm to the rear of the quad (it sticks out of the clutch pack and does the actual engaging / disengaging). Put the cover on without the clutch actuator in the side cover. Now you need to put the clutch actuator in the clutch. A little jiggling and the actuator slides right into the engagement slots on the arm coming from the clutch. You must get the actuator in the position to where the dot on the actuator and the dot on the clutch cover line up (or come very close) when the clutch is ENGAGED. The clutch pack must have 2 fibers that are larger on inside diameter....these larger inside diameter fibers work in conjunction with the 2 metal sleeves that came from your original clutch.
