Default Jetting Problems

Jetting is off again on my banshee and 3-6 gear isn't pulling strong I also have fmf fatty pipes. I contacted trinity racing and they said to run this setup 270 mains,27.5 pilots, stock needle on the 4th clip, and 1.5 turns out on the fuel/air mixture screws. I also contacted alba and they said "there jetting for the banshee is dyno tested and tuned" and for me to run there setup which is 300 mains,32.5 pilots, alba custom needles on the 4th clip, and 1.5 turns out on air screws, and remove airbox lid. By the way Im running a fmf powerlid, boyesen power reeds, and a stock bore and stroke motor. So which setup do you guys seem to be more reliable? Or should I just purchase the 33pwk 2-1 carb setup from trinity? So all advice is welcome.

I don't know how recent the mods were done or how long you have been running that motor but if your jetting is suddenly off and the quad doesn't pull like it used to, a compression and leak-down test wouldn't be a bad idea.
