i've never had any problems with my raptor dying during a wheelie but that to me sounds like the float is adjusted to lean. as far as the jump kill is conserned mine also did that til i turned up my idle. most dealers dont set the idle at the right rpm when the set them up. it should be idling at 1450rpm. mine when i got it was idling at 800rpm. another thing that helped mine was putting a bigger pilot jet in it also. stock one is to small.

I read in one of the first magazine articals on the raptor that they were having a problem with the thing loosing fuel in long wheelie situations, they were suspose to fix this problem before manufacturing! When i got mine thats the first thing i did was the longest wheelies i could to see if it was a problem, it wasnt on mine, my neighbor got one and his has no problems ether, I have had no problems with jumping ether! Both our bikes are fairly high in the Vin #s, I would check yours to see if its an early one, if so im sure your dealer could fix the problem for you. Hopfuly this helps you out!!
