I'll agree with letha on the mods.
As for the oily plug, what kind of oil are you using in the injection? Yes, it can put way to much oil in and it can have most of the ill effects that you mentioned. Using pre-mix oil in the injection will usually do this. I found this out the hard way. My sugjestion is to run a GOOD brand of oil made to be used in the injection unit. (they usually say for premix or injector on the bottles) And put a new plug in. Plugs are not as good as they used to be and oil will prevent them from working properly in a short amount of time. (cleaning them doesn't work like it used to)
