Default Having Problems/need suggestions

Hey guys. I was trying to put my new exhaust on my raptor when one of the studs in the head broke off. Now I have to drill a small hole into the stud and use an easy out to back it from the head. I will check with my yamaha store and see how much they will charge to do it or I will ask for any tricks if I do it myself. Do you guys have any suggestions (i know this a somewhat common problem; especially on old atvs with stock componets)?

You can try Kroil..thats about the best penitrant oil there is. And go as big as you can on the hole for the easy out, with out hitting the threads in the head. The bigger the easy out you use, the more leverage and torque you can use on it.
