Default Warrior fly wheel

I need some help here. I reinstalled my flywheel on my warrior and some how it keeps coming lose and breaking the the key that holds the flywheel in place. I have gone through my manual 3 times now and I got everything in the right place. There should not even be any room in there for it to come lose.... but some how it is? I'm so confused! Any one have any ideas on what might be happening here?

the bolt on the end of the crank shaft you removed to take side cover off to get to flywheel. put back together key flywheel side cover then put bolt back in crank and tighten with impact. hope this is better descrip

When I installed a new degree key in my bike, I put a bit of Loc-Tite on the bolt that retains the flywheel.

Then I tighten it up with the impact gun, but on the lowest torque setting.

I've done a lot of hard riding on my bike since, and never had a problem.

Don't worry about it. No I didn't mess my crank up. I'm just doing something wrong, but I don't know what. Guess im going to just take her to the dealer.
