I have seen time after time a piped banshee beat a piped 450 over and over again. The shee takes more practice to learn to control that wild powerband, BUT a piped banshee IS faster and more powerful than a stock yfz. Hands down. So whoever called it the other way around, needs to go race one before he japs his jaws.

Mawcus, I can buy that.. maybe..however, I honestly think that it would be so close, that it would come down to the rider. What I meant by my comment, was not about drag racing...on pavement, or whatever. My thinking was on an mx track.. where the YFZ was designed to perform. My thoughts were that if you took two riders of the same ability, put one on a piped banshee, and one on a stock YFZ450, I think the YFZ rider would win, all factors being equal.
I cannot prove it obviously, but I believe the YFZ would have the advantage.

That was an excellent, mature post enForcer. You stuck to the issues and asked an intelligent question. I just wanted to take time out of my day to commend the improvement you are showing. Well done!
