Stock, the 700 beats the 660 by a pretty good margine. After mods (pipe and intake), I'm still not sure if my 700 is actually faster than my 660 was. I would've really liked to run the two to see for sure.

Stock, in all honesty, the 700 feels marginally faster then my ol 660. It feels like the 660 has more snap right off the bottom, and I think that is due to the FI. Carb will always be more snappy. I can tell you this, the mid range of the 700 is a lot better then a 660. In a drag there is no question that the 700 will win. It doesnt wheelie out of control like the 660 (due to a longer chassy) and the mid range just plain has more power. I do think that at peak on the 700 your making more power than a 660, put as far a topend goes neather of them really have one, but it seemed to me that the 660 would rev out farther, and that is mostly going to be due to the loss of one intake valve on the new 700 and the lower 9k limit.
There is no doubt that the 700 is both faster and better handling. But the power difference between the two doesnt eclipse the handling difference between the two! I think a few 700 owners on here still have to prove that because it says 700 now, instead of 660, its WORLDS faster. Its not. Its "faster"

yo, how does the 06 YFZ compare to the Rappy 700, i know the 700 doesn't wheelie unexpectedly like its bro the 660, but does the YFZ pop up easily?
