Default '05 Raptor 350 clutch always needing adjustment

I took my '05 Raptor 350 in to have them look at the clutch because I always seem to be adjusting it. The tech in the shop said that's just how these bikes are but I'm calling B.S.

I'm finding it hard to believe that a product as popular as the Raptor from a company like could have this sort of fundamental problem off the showroom floor. Another thing that makes me skeptical is that he said he adjusted the clutch for me but the clutch doesn't grip until right at the end of letting it out.

Something's not right. Ideas? The bike only has about 20 hours, tops.

If this turns out to be inherent in these bikes, is there a kit or replacement clutch to fix this. I'm going to end up burning this clutch because it's always out of adjustment.

the raptor 350 has no clutch adjustment.. the way they are setup they usually don't grip until about 1/4 way from being 100% let out.. if i were you i would buy stiffer springs and put those in.. if that doesn't work just buy a cheap EBC clutch pack for $69 from RMATV
