Because it has great comfort, more power than other 500's I think it is comparable to some 600's and 650's like rubicon. It is wide and heavy but can turn any tire stock (good for mud and snow tires), and has a major towing compacity, great mud protection, great worker, can push snow like he*l, and has a good amount of parts, and most of all it is proven its self.

That is what I said but I made it sound like I meant the efi. If I would have to get a 4x4 I would get the 500 h.o. or the 700 twin efi. Those are the only polaris machines I like accept the fusion 900, and the ranger, and the outlaw and pred (only a little). It is easier to say that I those are the only 4x4 polaris atvs I like.

My dad and his neighbor both have an 05 kodiak. I think they're great mid size quads. (I'm more of a grizzly size kind of guy). The kodiaks are very reliable, great with the differential lock and override, plow snow great, and turn on a dime... It's only 9 lbs lighter than the rubicon, but it seems a lot lighter than that. I prefer it to the rubicon, but I really like that headlight on the handlebars of the honda...
