i was having problems getting mine on and my mom told me to use vasoline..they went on easy and have never came off...won't even budge actually

 

As an alternative to these wet mounts, you can also drill a hole in the end of each grip and use an air compressor to blow the grips up like a balloon and slide them right on. The advantage here is an instant dry mount with no waiting times for the mounting to dry before use.
