You can either paint it, or powdercoat it. The powder coating is a dry chemical that is sprayed on, then baked. Powdercoating is a tough kina plastic coating.

The powdercoating will look good forever. Paint will wear out, chip, and peel eventually, but when it's done right it will last a while. If you're willing to spend the money, powdercoating is the best way to go.

either way you go you will have to get ur frame sand blasted... i have painted plenty of frames.. as long as you prep them right and put the right amount of coats on the frame.. it should turn out really well and last a good while..

Powdercoat would be your best bet, but don't think you can just get it powdercoated and forget about it. It will still need maintenance, especially around places that get rubbed on or it will start to rust.
