I was reading some various posts and an interesting idea, most of the people that use this board are over the age of 20. I would even venture to say that most of these people are mature people. why then do you people act like immature children on these posts? I totally understand good humor and all, but many times it turns into a personal " my quad is better than your quad just because i say it is " , lets face it, you people will never meet, you will never " run your quads " against each other, then why say these things? I seen so many posts get turned into cut-down messages, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but how many of you would actually act like this in real life to another quad rider? Probably none of you. Everyone likes the quad they ride, everyone is entitled to that without bashing by other people! I have extreme loyalty to my company of preference, but i wouldn cut down someone else for sharing that same enthusiasm with a different company! come on guys, grow up!

To be old and wise you must first be young and stupid.

Just curious.... are you expecting any mature answers with your post?

Razor,
Good post, I totally agree with you.
I use to own Honda's when I was racing Moto-x.
I bought my first Yamaha a few years back and love it. I still love Honda's too, like you said each to there own.
Good post Razor

I'm not sure what kind of answer your looking for.
I take most comments with a grain of salt so to say.
You seem to know how it is....I'm not sure I agree with most of the posters being 20 and older....seems like the bad posts are coming from a much younger following. They will learn.
It makes me angry also....But I go along and sometimes even sink to that level of maturity.
Your probably right about how most people would act when confronted in person (which may never happen). That's why they are so bold. I mean...take a look at the times that the posts take place....there is little traffic right now...But wait until around 3:00 in the afternoon when school gets out... thats when the flame posts start flying.
So what do we do? really...nothing. Banning does not help....If a post like "my blaster will whoop a banshee (example) " is left un-noticed....It might help. There are hundreds of people that will jump right in and help make it a bad post.
It can be quite tedious(sp?) to sort through the garbage to find what your looking for. But it's also nice to see such a huge following in the ATV community. And You always know when you are communicating with someone who cares.
I say ignore and deal with it...I have been in the sport for a lot of years now. I often find myself giggling to myself as I wonder if most people actually believe what they are writing.
Good post...and I too wish it could change...but...

Either way, I will continue on with my sport. Not lose any sleep and have fun.

Good post.
No one in my group of riding buddies has the same machine, hell none of us have the same riding styles. We have suzuki, Honda, and Yamaha, and soon Kawasaki in the mix. Why argue? It takes too much time away from riding and enjoying the sport. Save the smack talking for the ride home!
