Grizz problem
It could be a number of things. I used to leave my gas on and ended up having a corroded needle. It acted in a similar fashen as you stated and got where it wouldn't even run. I would leave the gas on through the week and ride on weekends. I turn it off now and have had no further probs.

Grizz problem
This motor doesnt have a tps, so im wondering why he thinks its electrical. The computer on the grizzz has no idea about thottle position, im stumped as to why he thinks it electrical too.
Sounds to me, like the air lid is off, or some other reason for big leanness, or the main jet is partially blocked, or the diaphram on the carb is ripped, or intalled pinched.
Let us know what he finds.
