Default problems with 2000 350 warrior

The quad will rev up fine while it is at rest but if you take off and put a load on it the bike cuts out and back fires at about half throttle. I have went threw everything that I can think of that can cause this and nothing had fixed it. Need help! I took a carb of another warrior that was running fine and put it on mine and that did not fix it, I put a new cdi box on and nothing, adjusted the valves, put a new stator on it and messed with the parking brake switch. I also took every connection on the bike apart and cleaned the plugs very well. Two new spark plugs, a battery and know I have no idea of what to do. After all that I took it to a dealer and they were of no help.

Inspect the boot that connects the carb to the motor. They sometimes get a tear in them letting in Air which will cause that. Take it off the quad and kind of bend it around to see. If does there like $50 from a dealer. My parents old Big Bear 350 did the same thing and the boot had a tear in the bottom of it you couldnt see.

Definitely check the intake manifold, it's a weak link on the warrior. Also, if you haven't tried it yet, maybe check the valve adjustment. A valve adjusted wrong can cause all kinds of erratic problems.
