sticking blaster throtle

I have a new throtle cable and it works fine. But when it got could and snowed outside, it started to stick at about 1/4 throtle.That happens when i keep the gas wide open and then let go. I need help, thanks.

Find out where it is sticking. unhook the cable from the throttle and push the throttle , it should snap right back.(twist throttles usually aren't spring loaded, so they should just turn forward & backward very easily) If that's OK then remove the cable and check that it moves back & forth easily. If that's OK then it's your carb, unscrew the top and check that the slide moves up and down easily.whichever three of these is the problem it,s probably due to water in them(freezes and sticks the part) or dirt/rust/gunk making it stick. You mentioned that you installed a new cable,.. is it routed correctly? If not when you turn your bars it may be getting pinched and causing the cable to hang up. Check for that first. Good luck.
