quick question about engine swap

I am looking at this blaster. Why would someone do a swap like this? GS450 street bike engine. Should I stay away? Thanks for helping a newbie to quads out.

quick question about engine swap

if it was done correctly i would buy it... but it would be a mainly drag racing only quad
