Which Quad???
(After loads of reviews, ATV shows and looking at Polaris)
ive heard to many good reviews to belive that, my friend.
Polaris has changed since its early years.
i went to look at the polaris 450/500EFI and it is a well built machine.
The seat, IRS setup, belt/air intake way up high... the welds are proper, plus steel protection, storage, work light and the list goes on...
The only problems with polaris so far is the people dont take care of their quads, IMO.
actually that above line applys to every quad!
IMHO,
Driveit
P.S What ever quad i do end up with, it'll have diff-loc and IRS for sure!
still open for suggestions!

grizzly's good on gas? Eh.. not bad... I'd say average. You could go thru a whole tank in 5-6hr time period... The Kodiak get's about twice the gas milage it seems like...
The polaris is a nice looking quad... but I just don't like the weight and the ground clearance on it... Also, where's the drain plug for the belt on it? Does it have one? I can't remember. I know some of the suzuki's don't... and that plain sux...

Why is it that all the Yamaha and Suzuki guys always run down Polaris? I have a Polaris and ride with several others and have yet to see a problem out of them. My Polaris has never been back to the shop and the others I ride with have only been in for routine maintenance. On the other hand I can't even begin to list everything I'd had to fix on my Raptor. The bottom line is you are eventually gonna have some kinda problem out of any machine you buy regardless of the manufactuer. I'm not biased toward Polaris, Yamaha, Suzuki or any other brand for that matter. It just makes me sick every time I get on here and read about people bashing any brand without a Japanese name on it and more specifically, Polaris. Just be glad people are out on thier quads riding and enjoying the outdoors. Who cares what name is on the side? Can't we all just get along?
