I own a 04 450r and love it. All these quads are great! The main question is what kind of riding are you going to do?
I haved ridden a banshee most of my life and now have switch over to a 450r.
Love both quads, they both hill climb like crazy, but the shee is better.
Trail riding the 450r is alot better.
If you like short quick spirts of power, 450r
wheeling, 450r beats them all.
None of these are 100% better then the other, JUST buy one, beaf it up, sit down, shut up, and hang on. You will love it.

 

LTR 450 but thats my opinion, it comes widened so saves you money but they are all amazing!!!!!!

 

i have an ltr and the thing is kick a$$ its crazy its has great stability a great acceleration and if you put a pipe on it its very competitive machine

 

all i know is that i have the ltr with a yoshi slip on and a velocity air filter kit an the thing rips. I ride dunes and for as much as i have into it i wouldnt pick any quad over it. Already wide enough and has ample power as is to do whatever i want and the shock work well for watever i would even dare to jump, havnt ever bottomed them out even when going 10-15 feet and landing on one of the front wheels. but the down sides are that it vibrates your hands a lot and front suspension is arsh but hey every quad has its doen sides.

 

just got an 07 yfz450 se2 black with red flames yesterday still breaking it in which is so frustrating to have ***** you cant even use lol any way just because i sell yamahas is not why im saying this but yfz is the way to go and thats coming form a 400ex owner i love my honda and the 450r is nice also but i do have to say the yfz is an all around better machine even down to its build and also the yfz is not only the fastest 450 it is the fastest. people think the 700 is faster because of size but its not. we raced the two at a nearby track 6 times all together switching the riders between the 2 and every time the yfz spanked the 700. but the 700 is better for trail and mud due to its ground clearence and comfort

 

yfz all the way! ppl don't like it threw trails but I love it in trails...and great quad to do wheelies on
