Default Used warrior buy or not?

Wow sounds like you need a trip to michigan. I just got back from my friends house and his brother just bought a 1999 300EX in great condition. He put fresh gas in it and new spark plug and it runs great. The best part is he only paid $1200.

well you're best bet is to go to ebay and type in you zip code and do a search for atv in 100 miles or so and you shoud find cheap atv's in you're area. There are are tuns around our area.

Silent 101 how can you say I do not know what I am talking about. Warrior at one time were the most sold quad of all quads made, granted they have been around since the dawn of time. I said that Warriors were fun to ride and decent jumpers, I did not say a Warrior will smoke a YFZ450 and out jump a long travel sand rail now did I. I am an optomistic person and can have fun riding a bone stock LT80. I NEVER said the Warrior is the best quad to get, I just said that if you are on a budget, they are not bad. Hell, Ferraris are better than my wifes Nissan altima but that doesnt make my Nissan a piece now does it. Remeber the golden rule 10% bike, 90% rider.

warriors arnt bad they are just have a hard time keeping up with the quads I have and I have and my friends clomplain how underpowered they are they are good riders. The only time the warriors keep up are if you are in super tight motercycle trails. If you are on a buget look around and you can find better quads for the same price as the warrior he looked at. Also to say somthing positive when i was up north my friend warrior was able to make it up this one hill that my raptor could not make it up because the aftermarket skid plate was so low on my raptor and the raptors are very tippy on hills.

Congradulations on the 400EX, You wont be disapointed with it. Were did you find it? 2500 Isent a bad deal at all if its in good condition. You will be able to sell it fairly quickly for $2800 if you wanted to.

You're 400EX is just like mine cept i got a 2001. I also got the powercore 4 slip on with a pro flow k&n and a custom airbox. Just somthing to keep in mind FMF pipes are porely built and will fall apart on you. My end cap cracked on on mine and the screen shot out all from normal trail rideing. I have a Service manual for 1999-2003 400EX on the computer in PDF format if you want it.
