does anyone know if the stock warrior cam is any different from a stock wolverine cam? i was getting a price on getting my head ported and polished and the guy told me i would be better off with a stock warrior cam. but i cannot find the specs to compare them. Thanks

They're the exact same part number, so maybe you might want to get your head ported somewhere else. If the mechanic is clueless enough that he's telling you to swap out your stock cam for the exact same thing he probably doesn't have much experience with these motors, and above all else you want the mechanic porting your head to be experienced with your particular engine or you won't be getting your money's worth. The stock cam isn't very aggressive either way, step up to someting like a .430 and it'll be a completely different machine without losing too much low end power.
