Does anybody have any experiences with failure and replacment of this woodruff key, my flywheel marks don't line up with TDC and my raptor won't start, which leads me to believe that this key has failed. I will be pulling it apart this friday to see for sure. Thanks

I haven't had the problem personally, but it isn't unheard of to shear the key.

 

This ended up being the problem, split the key right in half. I replaced it and it is back up and running, not to bad to replace either. Thanks
