Sounds like unequel(sp) tire pressures to me. Could also be that your axle isn't square in the housing to. If that is the case then you will soon have damaged sprockets and/or a chain. I would check tire pressures though. I see you sold two Raptors, did you get another one?

After checking the tire pressures I would take a serious look at the axle alignment. Even the slightest bit out of alignment will cause this situation. If you have the alignment marks set correct and the problem persists try tightening the left side only little by little until the atv tracks straight. Obviously, one of the reasons the new Raptor uses a honda style of chain alignment / adjustment is because the old setup sucks.

Your left axle hub splines are stripped out. It's a common Raptor problem. Gotta keep the castle nuts torqued or else. Better fix it before you loose the wheel and crash. I seen it happen in front of me. Not pretty.
