Yeah I took the spindle off to do the work, and I figured the pitting should not be a problem since the new bearing has it's own new race.

I agree witht eh A-arms being a bad design, rather a bad manufacturing decision. maybe they did not figure on people liking these machines so much as to have them this long? If I find some new boots somewhere I will let you know. That is the only thing I am waiting on to get it back on the trail. I am actually contemplating drilling in some grease zerks into my ball joints to give them some extra longevity. ?
