Best way to mount lic plate on 06 Yamaha Kodiak

What is the best way to mount a lic plate on an 06 Yamaha Kodiak, the plate is a normal motorcycle plate.

a couple zip ties around the rear rack always worked great for me. Everything else seems more complicated than it really needs to be.

You could go with some brackets from home depot er something. Thats what I have on my bike.
