Default Nuetral safety switch

My wolverine nuetral indicator/safety switch seems out of adjustment. I have to hold the shifter pedal almost to the bottom and then let it up just a hair to get the light to come on.

How do you adjust this?

There's not really an adjustment on it. It's just a little spring loaded switch that threads into the side of the engine. It might need cleaned out, or like mine, the sping could be broke, and not returning properly. I don't remember exactly what they cost, but it was too much money for me to justify for having a little green light on my dash.
