If your looking for aftermarket I don't think anyone sells them, your best bet is the dealer.

Yeah, I just can't find a part number for one. A dealer I called today said that he would have to get a hold of Yamaha.

Yes if you look on the Yamaha parts site they don't clearly show it, but I think its all 1 assembly with the start botton/headlight switch. The cable is not included if needed.

CLICK HERE and give your model, then look under "Handle Switch Lever" #12, I think that is what you need.

I know what your talking about, and I was afraid of that. They want like $112 for the switch assembly, and the choke lever is just a piece of plastic that is held on by a screw to that assembly. I was even thinking it would be cool to machine one out of aluminum or some thing. Just can't see paying that much money when I'll I need is the lever! Oh well. Thanks for the reply though.

Just an update. Dealer in Concord, Ca. had the parts listed under an 05? AQny how he was able to order just the hardware and the lever for me, charged $5 to ship, total came to $16.
