Default No Spark

I have a 03 Kodiak 450. The coil wires rubbed on the frame and shorted out. It melted most of my wiring harness. I have since replaced the stator, wiring harness, coil and the CDI box. I still have no spark. Everything is hooked up. I am out of ideas and am finally ready to call it quits and take it to the Yamaha shop. Any ideas on anythng else I might try? Thank you in advance.

Try testing your main switch and all other switches to make sure they are OK cause they could be telling the cdi box not to allow spark. oh everything out to make sure it all works use the manual it should have all the specks in there for you...
