new 350 problems

new 350 problems
OK i have a brand new raptor 350 and i am having some problems with it just curious if anyone else has had the same problems with the raptor 350.
It is making a grinding sound where the gears are located. also the plastic cap dose not look like it seats right over the gears.
It is also switching into nuetral like i can be going threw my gears and it will randomly just slip and go into neutral.
The plastic piece i am talking about is the one that covers the starter gears . like you can look down on it and see inside it. and to me it dose not look right cause on my 660 it is sealed.
