hi new member, would like to put an elec, starter on my 3 wheeler, is it possible some say yes others say no, would like your opinion. had the bike a long time but getting tierd of being the only one in deer camp with a pull start bike.any help out there for me.

I believe the old Honda Big Red (250cc) 3-wheeler did come with electric start.

 

I have a 85 atc 200s 3 wheeler it does not have electric start I did some research and you can not use a starter that came off of a model that came with electric start because the frame is in the way. There is some company that makes a aftermarket starter for it but I think it was around $500.00 go to the atc forum on this site and you can find more help.

 

The honda your talking about was the 200M, it had electric start. They also made the 200S which was the same 3 wheeler except it had a pull start instead of electric. Both of those machines were just about bullet proof, the down side was they had no rear suspension. I believe back in the day there was a conversion kit offered to make the 200S electric start, dont know if you would be able to find one now though.
