Default blaster question

Anything designed for a wet clutch will work fine. 4 stroke motor oil for an atv or motorcycle, or oil specifically designed for the transmission of a 2 stroke will work. It'll be cheaper and easier to find the motorcycle or atv oil. The big deal is that it's wet-clutch safe.

Default blaster question

I'd say 500-600 bucks. First off, take into consideration it is an 89...Thats almost 20 years old??? Second, you said it had an obvious carb problem... Sometimes 'small' problems turn into bigger problems..
