I didn't thik I would ever be able to get the grizz to do a wheelie without some serious pulling, After the stuff that I did i have to be careful not to get to excited with the throttle. I might get bucked without even trying. I can stand it up on end just by stabbing the throttle.
WOW Very impressed !!

I like the specs of your grizz.
I have an '05 model and I was wondering what kind of advantage you noticed with your Dynatek CDI (IF any) and
Secondly, what was the most performance enhancing add-on that you have undergone
Third, what is the top speed you squeeze out of your grizzly as modded as you have it now, and lastly,
Have you had any trouble with the drive - shaft seal in the front end.
Like I said; I have the 05 grizzly-- and I was out riding one day and smelled like GEAR OIL burning... parked it and saw where the front end was leaking gear oil onto the breast plate. I watched as they repaired it (which included unbolting some of the under protection and the front-right tire had to come off with the wishbone suspension just to get to the bolts to remove the bushing). Anyhow I have had this replaced no more than two weeks and it is leaking again... all of the gear oil has exited through the same bushing. Have you had any similar problems?

The CDI was the last part i put on. It definatly makes a difference and is worth every penny, But the best thing you can do for the grizz is rejet it. That was the first thing that I did to my quad, the difference in power and response was night and day. After that i would go to work making it breath better ( K&N, Exhaust ). My next step is to install a clutch kit. I have not been able to test how fast it will go becasue there has been tooo much snow up here and the only real place I have to ride is on the lakes, However i did get it up to about 105 km (Miles ?) before it started to get sketchy on the ice and let off the throttle.
As for the leak I have never had that problem but have buddys who have. They all had to take it in a couple of times to get the seal replaced. Crappy seal maybe, I don't know. I am lucky I have not had to deal with that problem yet.
Go luck and happy modding.

Oh and a good set of mud tires. Mysuggestion go with AMS SWAMPFOX radials, buddy has them and the rip. I wish I bought them instead of the Gators. I love the Gators but they are pretty rough.
