Default tire size

Hey. I have a brand new Bansheee and just popped a tire. Will 20"x11"x9" tires fit my rims if they had 20"x10"x9" on them before?

Yes.

Height" x Width" x Wheel Diameter" is how the tires are name/measured.

i know someone that has tires that are 2 inches wider than the wheel, for one it looks ridiculous, and two you lose alot of structural integrity in the sidewall of the tire the farther from 90 degrees against the wheel it is. personally, i would never get wider tires than the rim is designated for, unless they are mud tires, like kenda bearclaws, etc. if your going for an mx style tire, the closer to the rim width the better.

a 12" wide tire is the widest I would go.
