Default 1999 Grizzly value?

Looking to buy my first ATV. Just moved to southern WV and there ain't much else to do.

Found a 1999 Grizzly 600 with 1300 miles on orginal tires (possible?) with a rear rack and rear big seat.

Is it worth 3500.00?

Also found a 02 Kawi Prairie 650 for 3300.00 not yet called to find the hours/miles. Other bikes are Honda's and I don't trust or like that electronic shifting.

If the tires are Dunlop KT's then there original, nobody would but another set of those on for replacements. If the tires are original and not worn out than it does not have much miles because stock ATV tire wear out fairly quickly.
