Default 2007 yfz 450 running like crap????

acouple days ago my quad started to act up and i know it's still under warranty but i'd like to figure this out...... when i leave it sit overnight then fire it up and let it idle for a couple minutes to warm up i take off and it will run good for about two 100 yard runs back and forth.......then when i start to drive it after these runs it will bog out and not let me accelerate then if i pull the clutch in it will rev to high heaven but if i try to let the clutch out it will die and i can get it going again but with clutch in it will run great and in neutral....... any ideas stock quad........ tore carb apart 3 times now and can't find anything change plug too..... thanks alot joe
