I have a 93 warrior and my axel bolts keep breaking. my chain keeps streching even though its not to tight. someone said it could be my swing arm bushings and some say its not tight enough. I say the new TM Desighn works skidplate adjuster. Would that help?

Are you talking about the two long bolts that run parallel to the axle?

How exactly are they breaking? Are the threads stripped? Are the bolt heads sheared off?

YEah..thats a good question...How exactly are the bolts breaking.....The bolts in that set up are very hard to break...I can see bending or even shearing if the chain hits the head...
I managed to bend the top one...But it happened on a crooked landing and everything just loosened up and twisted. (this was a banshee).
I went out and bought a round housing swingarm (lsr) and all chain adjustment and sprocket wearing problems went away.
Your friend is right though....If the needle bearings in the swingarm mount went bad....then there is a good chance that the swingarm is sitting at an angle....You really should take the swing arm and inspect closer.

The end of the bolts where the thread is at is where it keeps breaking at. I'll check my swing arm bearings. thanks.
