woodruff key sheared up

woodruff key sheared up
I have a big problem with my raptor 660 engine.
The woodruff key is sheared up by starting the engine. Now the rotor assy is turned 180 degrees on the crankshaft and the rotor assy is tilted on the crank.
I used a puller but the rotor assy is still on the crank.
Can you help me out?
