Front Tire Wobble
#1
Hello,
I noticed I have what I am calling a wobble in my front rt. tire. This is something I noticed when I was checking all tires as I can just move the tire/rim back and forth and there is play in there where as the other side does not. Reminds me of the stupid snowmobile trailer bearings as this happened on that. Could this be the same type of problem with bearings?? Any ideas or suggestions on how to get this fixed would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Yep. I would take it apart and replace the bearings.

Any ideas what bearings it would be. I see there are quite a few different ones that could get rather expensive. Any chane you can look at them to see how damaged they are? What are things to look for with a damaged bearing? Thanks.

slop in the wheel is a dead giveaway. the reason the wheel wobbles is because there is play between the inner and the outer bearing races. its a cheap and easy fix, i wouldnt get the cheap ones off ebay, but get a middle of the road bearing like pivot works or similar. bearings are a wear and tear item that need to be replaced every so often.
