Carburator problem
New to the site. I have a 2002 warrior that was not getting any fuel in the carb. I took off the bowel and the float needle valve was frozen shut. (Son left the gas valve on over the winter) I replaced the valve, but still cannot get the quad running. Gas is getting into the carb now. It will start on starting fluid just to check it and then quit running. I am not sure if I put the carb back together correctly or not. The plastic cup shape thing and screw that took it off. It could be put back together a couple of different ways. I also believe that maybe I need to take the carb apart a little bit more and clean it out with some gumout. Does anyone have a picture of this part of the carb so I can see if I have it put back together or not correctly.

go to this website and scroll down to work your way over to your quad. Follow the year, make, model prompts until you find the 2002 Warrior section then pick the carb. You will get a "blown up" picture of the carb. maybe that will help you see how it goes back together.

Hope that helps.
